Milos Raonic, 1990- , Yugoslavia, now Montenegro. 

Raonic’s family left the former Yugoslavia for Canada during the civil war. Raonic began tennis training in earnest at age 8, and at 18 elected to become a professional rather than pursue college athletics. From 2011-2016, he was Tennis Canada’s top male player, and in 2016, he was the third-ranked player in the world.
